How far is the hotel from the town?
The village of La Iruela is just 150 m from the hotel. The village of Cazorla is approximately 2 km away.

Does the hotel provide transfer from Linares-Baeza Station and/or from Cazorla Bus Station to the hotel?
If you request it, we can inform you of the available means of transport, their cost and, in the case of taxis, provide you with said service, always subject to availability.

The hotel has a Civil Liability Insurance that covers clients for various causes arising within its facilities.

The Health Centre is located 1.5 kilometres from the hotel, and the recently opened High Resolution Hospital is 3 kilometres away, although its services and specialities are limited.

Do you offer smoking rooms?
The rooms are non-smoking and have smoke detectors, but we offer rooms with a terrace for smokers.

Can I get an upgrade on the reserved room upon arrival?
Yes. Subject to availability and with an additional fee that Reception will inform you of.

What TV channels do the rooms have?
National and international channels, DTT, as well as Canal+Liga and Champions.

Where can I store my valuables?
Many rooms have a safe. We also have a general safe at reception where you can leave your valuables, against receipt.

Is there good mobile phone coverage at the hotel?
There is usually coverage, although sometimes depending on the area and the operator it may be insufficient.

Do you have WiFi in the hotel?
It is free and available in all hotel facilities. You will be given the password at the entrance.

What meal options does the hotel offer, if we have not booked them?
Buffet breakfast in the Restaurant from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m., or breakfast of your choice in the Cafeteria from 10:30 a.m.
Before 10:30 a.m., the restaurant can also offer you coffee or a light breakfast.
Lunch and Dinner: Set Menu and A La Carte at the Restaurant.
Menu of sandwiches, mixed dishes, hamburgers, salads, etc. in the Cafeteria.

Can I change the booked dinner for lunch?
Yes. Simply inform the Reception in advance the day before before 8:00 p.m.

If you suffer from any food intolerance or special diet:
Please inform Reception, either when booking or upon arrival at the hotel, and we will try to resolve your dietary problem.

My stay coincides with a name day/anniversary, what can you organise for me?
Let us know upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room in a “Romantic” style, a special meal, a party, a bouquet of flowers or simply a bottle of Cava with canapés.

What tours and excursions can I take?
On the Hotel website www.hotelspasierradecazorla.com, under Visits, Excursions and Experiences, you will find the complete list of the activities you can do, either on your own or by hiring a 4X4 vehicle with a driver-guide.
The hotel reception will provide you with maps, any information you may require and/or any reservations you may need.

Should I book 4X4 tours in advance?
During high season dates, such as many weekends and long weekends, it is advisable to book in advance.

Where can I buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region?
In some Cooperatives in the area or in the Hotel itself we have a display with a wide variety of local oils. Ask in the Cafeteria.

Does the hotel accept pets?
Hotel & SPA Sierra de Cazorla 4* does not accept pets.
The Hotel Sierra de Cazorla & SPA 3* and Apartamentos San Pedro do accept pets; dogs, cats and ferrets (1 per room/apartment and stay). Maximum weight 35 kg. The room will not be cleaned with the pet in the room. Pets are only allowed in reception and on the outside terrace of the cafeteria, always on a leash, harness or carrier. Likewise, mobility through the corridors of the Hotel must be done on a leash, harness or carrier. The hotel does not provide any utensils for the accommodation of the pet.

“OLEO SALUD” THERMAL CENTER AND SPA

What hours is the Thermal Center open?
All year round from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Bank Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
*Children (5 to 16 years old) can enjoy the Thermal Centre from 10:00 to 12:00 from Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 to 12:00 on Sundays, accompanied by an adult.

Should I book the Water Circuit in advance?
Upon arrival at the Hotel, it is recommended that you go to the Reception of the Thermal Centre to obtain information. For a better enjoyment and due to fewer people, it is recommended any time except Saturday afternoons as there may be some crowding, especially after 7 pm.

What offers does the Water Circuit have?
A free water circuit per person for stays at our hotel with a minimum of three nights, from Monday to Thursday except for long weekends, Easter and from July 7 to September 24, Christmas week, New Year's Eve and Kings' Day. Check dates for weekends.

Can my children enjoy the Water Circuit?
Yes. The hours we authorize for children and adolescents between 5 and 16 years old to enjoy the Water Circuit are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., always accompanied by an adult.

What treatments does your “Oleo Salud” Thermal Spa Center offer?
A wide range of treatments and massages for the body, face and beauty, for relaxing, aesthetic, well-being, holistic and for pregnant women, as a couple, using both professional, personal (olive oil) and oriental techniques. The complete list can be found on the website www.spaoleosalud.com

Should I book a treatment or massage in advance?
It is necessary to book in advance, either upon arrival at the hotel, at the Reception of the Thermal Centre, by telephone from the room (extension 653), or previously through the website or by calling: (+34) 953 720 500. Email: spa@spaoleosalud.com. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Should I bring a swimsuit, or will they provide one?
It is preferable to bring your own swimsuit. If you do not have one, you can rent or sell one.

Do you provide bathrobes, flip flops and a shower cap?
Yes, included in the price. When the Water Circuit has been offered to you free of charge through a promotion, if you do not bring your own, you must pay €3.50 per person.

Do you have items for sale for cosmetic products?
Yes. At the reception of the Thermal Centre, we have cosmetic products, salts, body oils, gels, shampoos, olive oil and the entire Thalgo range.

If I am pregnant, can I enjoy the Spa and its treatments?
Yes. During this period, taking care of yourself ensures a good recovery after childbirth. Our treatments are not only safe, but also recommended for the well-being of the future mother or to end the minor discomforts of this stage (swollen feet, tiredness, heaviness and pain in the legs, cramps, stretch marks, etc.) thereby promoting physical and emotional relaxation. Always with the approval of your gynecologist.

What do I do if I have health problems?
It is important that you let us know about any health problems you may have (such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical illness or disability) or concerns you may have when booking. If you feel any discomfort during treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Do you have a double cabin?
We have a double therapy cabin for couples or friends. Please check availability in advance.

Are cell phones allowed?
If you need to keep your phone connected, please keep it on silent and do not take photos in the water area, out of respect for the privacy of our guests.

Is there somewhere to store my valuables?
Lockers are available in the spa for your personal items, we recommend that you leave all jewellery and valuables at home, or in the safe in your room.

Can I choose a specific therapist?
The Spa has both male and female therapists. If you would like to choose a specific one, please let us know when making your reservation.

What equipment is there in the locker rooms?
We have changing rooms for both men and women, with showers and toilets, fully equipped with: gel, shampoo, hairdryer and brush.
